    Spreading Holiday Cheer

Year 4 and Year 6 pupils from Model Village Primary School have been spreading festive cheer throughout the local community by visiting care homes and performing a selection of Christmas songs for the residents. The visits were a wonderful opportunity for pupils to share the spirit of the season while bringing smiles to others.

Year 6 children visited Richmond Care Home, where they confidently performed a range of carols and festive favourites. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the performance, many singing along and showing their appreciation with big smiles.

Meanwhile, Year 4 pupils brought joy and excitement to residents at The Grange care home. Their enthusiastic singing and cheerful attitude helped create a festive atmosphere.

Both visits were a fantastic example of how our pupils show kindness and community spirit. We are extremely proud of the children for representing Model Village so positively and for helping to make Christmas a little more special for others.
